License & Usage Guidelines
Transparent, creator-friendly guidelines for utilizing assets from AxesKit.
1. Free for Commercial & Personal Use
All indexed and publishable assets in AxesKit originate from permissive, open-source, and free-culture licensing frameworks (including MIT, SIL Open Font License, Apache 2.0, Creative Commons CC0 / CC-BY, and Public Domain).
- Commercial Projects: You may freely use icons, fonts, sound effects, UI components, and templates in websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, client deliverables, and commercial media.
- Personal & Educational Projects: Full personal freedom to modify, learn from, and adapt components and vectors into personal portfolios or academic work.
- No Royalty Fees: No recurring costs, subscription tiers, or hidden fees.
2. Permitted & Prohibited Actions
What You Can Do:
• Embed icons and fonts directly in production web apps.
• Modify, recolor, scale, and customize SVG graphics.
• Combine sound effects into game engines, mobile apps, and video edits.
• Adapt UI components and templates to create client websites and web applications.
What Is Prohibited:
• Bulk crawling or scraping the AxesKit archive to create a clone repository or competing asset mirror.
• Claiming exclusive copyright or trademark over unmodified open-source assets or third-party brand logos.
• Reselling unmodified individual asset files as standalone stock items.
3. Trademarks & Brand Logos
Brand icons and logos (such as company logos or developer platform marks) belong to their respective trademark holders. They are provided solely for editorial, integration, and identification purposes within design systems.
4. Attribution & Integrity
While attribution is not strictly mandated for most CC0 or MIT assets, giving credit to open-source creators and referencing AxesKit (powered by ZainAxes) is always appreciated to support the developer community.
